Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. This page explains how that applies to Le Hangar 23.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising and analytics technologies that may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA: the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads. These help us measure which ads and pages lead to orders, and reach people who have visited the site.
How to opt out. Use the “Cookie preferences” link in our footer and decline marketing cookies. That decision is passed through to Google and Meta, which stops the advertising tags from running. You can change it at any time, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser.
Where the law requires consent before these tools run — the EEA, the UK, and similar regimes — nothing loads until you accept.
Other rights
California residents can request to know, delete, correct, or limit our use of their personal information. To submit one of those requests, email contact@lehangar23.com from the address associated with your order or account. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof that the agent is authorized and may require you to verify your identity directly.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you made a request under the CCPA.
