Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. This page explains how that applies to Le Hangar 23.
We do not sell or share for behavioral advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information with third-party advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our site uses only Shopify’s first-party analytics to operate the store, process orders, and improve the experience. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or other third-party advertising tags.
Because there is no “sale” or “sharing” as defined by the CCPA, there is nothing for you to opt out of at this time. If that ever changes, we will update this page and provide a working opt-out before any sharing begins.
Other rights
California residents can request to know, delete, correct, or limit our use of their personal information. To submit one of those requests, email contact@lehangar23.com from the address associated with your order or account. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof that the agent is authorized and may require you to verify your identity directly.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you made a request under the CCPA.
