Shipping Policy
We ship from Costa Mesa, California. Here’s what to expect after you place an order.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed. Drops and limited releases may take longer; we’ll note it on the product page. We don’t ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard: 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited: 2–3 business days after shipment.
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on weight and destination.
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International shipping
We ship to most countries. International orders typically arrive in 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country — these are not included in the price or shipping charge.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the shop. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder and then email us.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the recipient. If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provided. Email us within 1 hour of placing an order if you need to correct an address — once the order has shipped, we can’t change it.
