Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Orders and pricing

• All orders are offers to purchase subject to our acceptance. We may cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Colors and details shown on the site are as accurate as we can make them; minor variations may show up on your screen.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other third-party processors. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both policies are part of these Terms.

Motorcycle service and parts

• Motorcycle service estimates are not binding quotes. Final pricing depends on diagnosis, parts availability, and labor.
• We require written authorization before performing repairs and will provide an invoice on completion in accordance with California Business & Professions Code.
• Bikes left more than 30 days after notification of completion may be subject to storage fees and ultimately to a mechanic’s lien under California law.
• Motorcycles sold by us are sold “as is” unless a written warranty is provided. Used vehicles carry inherent risk; we encourage in-person inspection.

Intellectual property

The Site, our logos, brand marks, photographs, and product designs are owned by Le Hangar 23 or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

User submissions

If you send us photos, reviews, ideas, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Site.
• Use bots, resellers, or automated tools to purchase limited releases.
• Impersonate another person or submit false information.

Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Motorcycling involves inherent risk; you assume all risk of operating any motorcycle.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Le Hangar 23 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our goods or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service that is the subject of the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Le Hangar 23 harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date will be revised when we do. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
