Returns & Refunds

Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange on apparel and unworn shop goods.

Condition

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage, odor, and pet hair.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.

Final sale

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Items marked “Final Sale” or sold during clearance.
• Gift cards.
• Custom or made-to-order items.
• Used or installed motorcycle parts.
• Motorcycles, which are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@lehangar23.com with your order number and which items you’d like to return.
2. We’ll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
3. Pack the items and drop the package with the carrier.

Return shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defect. We recommend a trackable, insured service — we’re not responsible for packages lost in transit on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. It can take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order for the size or item you want and return the original for a refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email contact@lehangar23.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at our expense.

Service work

Motorcycle service is sold on an authorized-estimate basis. If you’re unhappy with work we did, contact us and we’ll do what we can to make it right. We don’t guarantee refunds on completed labor; we look at those case by case.
