This Privacy Policy explains how Le Hangar 23 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit lehangar23.com, buy our apparel, bring your motorcycle in for service, or otherwise interact with us.

- Information you provide. Name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, phone number, payment information, order history, motorcycle details (year/make/model/VIN) when you request service, and any messages you send us through forms, email, or in person.
- Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and usage data — collected via cookies and similar technologies when you use our site.
- Information from third parties. We receive limited information from our payment processor (Shopify Payments), shipping carriers, analytics providers, and marketing platforms that help us run the shop and store.
How we use information
- To fulfill orders, ship goods, and process returns.
- To schedule motorcycle service, communicate about repairs, and maintain service records.
- To respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and send transactional emails.
- With your consent, to send marketing emails about drops, events, and shop stories. You can unsubscribe at any time.

- Service providers who help run the business. The specific processors we use are:
- Shopify Inc. (Canada) — commerce platform, cart, checkout, order management, and Shop Pay.
- Shopify Payments / Stripe — payment processing and fraud screening.
- Resend (United States) — transactional email delivery for contact-form messages and order notifications.
- Google LLC (United States) — Google Analytics 4 for aggregate, consent-gated usage measurement.
- Shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL — to deliver your order.
- Oxygen / Cloudflare — site hosting and content delivery.
- Professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys when needed.
- Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, to maintain service records for vehicles we have worked on, to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we revise the “Effective” date above. If anything material changes, we’ll email you or post a notice on the site.
